Adrenaline
Adrenaline is an Elite enchant that goes on boots, up to level 3. It is tagged PvP, PvE, Utility.
What it does
On low life (below 50% HP): 10%/level chance when hit (up to 30% at L3). On proc: 100% increased move speed at L3 for 1s (scales by level). 45s cooldown between procs.

Those are the base odds. Your increased proc chance — Lucky on the same item, Cavern Luck, trims, jewels and Fate cards — is applied on top, and an opponent's Aegis cuts it back down.
Notes
- Damage-over-time ticks do not trigger it.
- Runs on a 45s cooldown, so it is a once-per-fight escape rather than sustained speed.
