Deathbringer
Deathbringer is a Legendary enchant that goes on a leggings, up to level 3. It is tagged PvP, PvE.
What it does
1% per level when hit (3% at L3) to charge your next hit: it deals 3x damage. One proc at a time.

- Damage-over-time ticks do not charge it.
- Only one charged hit can be held at a time.
