What it does
Increases underwater movement speed. L1: Dolphin's Grace I, L2: Dolphin's Grace II, L3: Dolphin's Grace III.

Notes
- Grants Dolphin's Grace, not the vanilla Depth Strider enchantment — so it speeds up swimming rather than walking through water.
- Boots only, and it does not stack: a second copy on another piece adds nothing.
