What it does
2.5% per level to proc (7.5% at L3). On proc: drains 1 hunger and applies Hunger I to the target for 3s.

Those are the base odds. Your increased proc chance — Lucky on the same item, Cavern Luck, trims, jewels and Fate cards — is applied on top, and an opponent's Aegis cuts it back down.
Notes
- The Hunger effect only applies to players — against mobs the proc does nothing visible.
