Frenzy is a Legendary enchant that goes on sword or axe, up to level 4. It is tagged PvP, PvE.
What it does
No proc — builds a damage combo. 3% increased damage per hit per level, stacking each consecutive hit (capped at 100%). Combo resets when you take damage; new target/weapon resets it.

Notes
- The combo is tied to the weapon and the target. Switching either resets it, as does taking damage.
- Its Calcite upgrade Unending Frenzy builds 50% faster and only strips part of the combo when you are hit.
