Infernal Netherite Scrap is a trade currency you spend at the Nether Smith vendor.

Hand it over to buy gear: 100 scrap gets you a pickaxe or a weapon, and 50 scrap buys an armour piece. The pile grows as you stack more, so a fat stash looks the part.

Where to get it: drops from boss loot and other Nether-themed sources around the world.
