Painkiller is an Ultimate enchant that goes on any armour piece, up to level 4. It is tagged PvP, PvE.
What it does
When a hit drops you to low life (below 50% HP), 7%/level chance (28% at L4) to take 48% less damage (up to 60% at L4) for 5s (6.5s at L4). No piece stacking.

Those are the base odds. Your increased proc chance — Lucky on the same item, Cavern Luck, trims, jewels and Fate cards — is applied on top, and an opponent's Aegis cuts it back down.

- Only rolls on the hit that drops you below 50% HP, not on every hit while you are low.
