Powerball
Powerball is a Legendary enchant that goes on a pickaxe, up to level 3. It is tagged Mining.
What it does
Chance on mining to launch fire charge(s) that bounce off blocks and break the ores they hit. L1: 1%, 1 ball. L2: 1.5%, 2 balls. L3: 2%, 3 balls (1 ball per level). Each ball ends after 20 blocks or 15s.

Those are the base odds. Your increased proc chance — Lucky on the same item, Cavern Luck, trims, jewels and Fate cards — is applied on top, and an opponent's Aegis cuts it back down.
Notes
- Each proc fires a random number of balls up to your level, not always the maximum.
- A ball ends after 20 blocks travelled or 15 seconds, whichever comes first.
