Resurgence is an Ultimate enchant that goes on any armour piece, up to level 3. It is tagged PvP, PvE.
What it does
Kills refresh your enchant cooldowns: a player kill cuts 3s per level (9s at L3), a mob kill 1s per level off every cooldown. Does not affect Last Stand. Does not stack.
