What it does
After a Maneuver dodge, 25% per level (75% at L3) to load a counter: your next hit within 3s deals 12% increased per level (36% increased at L3). Does not stack.

Notes
- Only ever triggers off a Maneuver dodge, so it is dead weight without Maneuver in the set.
