Sunder
Sunder is a Godly enchant that goes on an axe, up to level 5. It is tagged PvP, PvE.
What it does
Hits shred the target's defence: they take 2% + 0.5%/level more damage per stack from everyone, up to 5 stacks (22.5% more at L5). Each hit refreshes the shred; falls off after 5s without a hit.

Notes
- The shred applies to damage from everyone, not just you, which makes it a gang enchant.
