What it does
Take 4% less damage per level from ALL sources, incl. DoT ticks (16% at L4). Multiplicative.

Notes
- One of the few reducers that applies to damage-over-time ticks as well as hits.
- Multiplicative, so it compounds with Tank, Armoured and Crouch rather than adding to them.
