Wraithheart Offhand

The Wraithheart is the Hunt's marquee chase item — a three-tier PvE offhand torn from slain wraiths whose whole kit applies against shades and wraiths. Every tier is a real upgrade, not a cosmetic re-skin: the higher you climb, the harder you hit and the more the corpses pile up.

Tiers

Soul Siphon unlocks at Tier II: 1.5% of the Hunt damage you deal (3% at Tier III) is Leeched as Life — it feeds the shared rate-capped Leech pool rather than healing instantly, so you can grind packs without stopping to top off.

Spectral Detonation is the Tier III signature. Every Hunt kill explodes the corpse, dealing a share of its max HP to nearby foes (the blast scales with your Area of Effect and damage bonuses), and any mob the explosion kills detonates in turn, chaining through and clearing whole packs at once.

Getting one

All three tiers drop from wraiths only, with odds that scale with the tier you're hunting — best at your max tier, far rarer below it. Tier I is a rare drop, Tier II rarer still, and Tier III is the rarest chase on the Hunt — the kind of pull that gets announced.

Which tiers you can pull depends on how far you've climbed. See Hunt Tiers & Boss Essence. If RNG isn't kind, you can instead tinker it up through the tiers with /offhand, spending energy for a chance to promote a lower-tier Wraithheart to the next.

Stack it with the right Hunter Perks and it's the backbone of a fast farming setup. It sits alongside the other rare drops covered under Special Items.
