Echidna's Coil (Summoning Key)

The Echidna's Coil is a summoning key tied to Echidna, the mother of monsters, a coil whispered about by those who hunt her.

The rest (what she does with it, and what she leaves behind) is left for those who earn it to discover.

Coils stack like any other item, and a stack you split in your inventory or your vault now stays split.

There is a second, separate relic for her Uber version: Echidna's Brood Knot, which goes into the same altar and calls Uber Echidna. It isn't a Coil upgrade and isn't forged from essence. See Uber Bosses.
