Up to 6% more damage per level the closer the target is (up to 18% more at point-blank range, level 3).

Notes
- The mirror of Long Shot: the bonus is strongest with the target right in front of you and fades to nothing at 30 blocks. On a wand the fade distance is the beam's full range, so Far Reach stretches it.
- Carrying both Point Blank and Long Shot at the same level adds up to a flat layer at every distance: about 18% more at level 3 wherever the target stands.
