Rules & Support
The short version: play fair, be decent in chat, and report anything broken. The full rulebook with exact punishment ladders lives at ancients.gg/rules, and you can browse the rules in-game with /rules. All punishments are at staff discretion and reviewed case by case.
The rules at a glance

| Hacked clients & blacklisted mods | No hacked clients, xray/ESP-type mods or packs, hardware cheats, or AFK automation. Leads to long IP bans, permanent on the third offense. |
| Macros & scripting | No automating commands or actions that affect other players. |
| Exploits, glitches & duplication | Abusing bugs (duping, block glitching, bypassing systems) is a permanent IP ban on the first offense. Report exploits immediately — reporting may earn a reward. |
| Chat conduct | No hate speech (zero tolerance), harassment, sexual content, filter bypassing, begging, or spam. Starts with a warning, escalates to mutes. |
| Advertising & selling accounts | No promoting other servers/Discords, selling accounts, or posting suspicious links. |
| Swatting, DDoSing & doxing | Zero tolerance. Any offense is a permanent IP ban. |
| Scamming | Deceiving players out of items, money, or services is bannable (with clear in-game evidence). |
| IRL trading | Not allowed in any form — traded items are voided and all parties punished. |
| Chargebacks | Fraudulent payment claims mean a permanent ban. |
| Inappropriate names, skins & impersonation | No offensive usernames, skins, or gang names; no staff impersonation. |
| Insiding | Gang items belong to the gang — stealing from or sabotaging your own gang is bannable. Secure your gang properly or reports may be voided. |
| Logging out while frozen | Cooperate with staff investigations; disconnecting while frozen is a permanent IP ban. |
| Ban/mute evasion | Bypassing IP punishments with alts or VPNs is a permanent IP ban. |
| Undermining the spirit of the game | Circumventing progression or disrupting events is handled case by case. |
For cheating offenses (hacked clients, macros), alt accounts belonging to the rule-breaker can be punished too.
Getting help
Discord
The Ancients Discord is the main support channel — run /discord in-game for the invite. Open a ticket there for punishments, purchases, scam reports, or anything that needs staff eyes.
Reporting bugs: /bugreport
Found something broken? Run /bugreport <what happened> in-game. You'll get a report ID (like BR-XXXXXX) and the server automatically attaches your recent logs, position, and inventory activity so staff can investigate properly.
- If your Discord is linked and you included a description, a Discord ticket opens automatically with your logs.
- If not, share your report ID in a Discord ticket so staff can pull up the data.
- You can file up to 3 reports per hour.
Remember: exploits and dupes must be reported, not used — using one is a first-offense permanent ban, while reporting one may be rewarded.
