Personal Vaults

Your personal vaults (PVs) are private, server-wide item storage. Whatever you put in a vault follows you everywhere on the network — the contents are identical no matter which area you open it from.

Opening Your Vaults

• /pv (or /personalvault) opens the vault picker — click a vault to open it.
• /pv 1, /pv 2, … opens a specific vault directly.

You can move items in and out of a vault only while in a safe zone. Outside safe zones (and while in combat) your vault opens in view-only mode or not at all, so you can check what's inside but not touch it.

Vault Sizes & Unlocking More

Everyone starts with Vault 1: a full 54 slots, free. Beyond that, extra vaults unlock row by row — each bonus row adds 9 slots, and every 6 rows completes another full vault. There are up to 32 vaults in total.

Bonus rows come from three places, and they stack:

At the top rank (Ascendant), your rank alone unlocks vaults 1–8 at full size; everything past that comes from PV Expansions. PV Expansions are found as loot around the game — contraband, KOTH, lootboxes, and other events.

Handy Behaviors

• Auto-tidy: when you close a vault, currency-style items (Ancient Energy, money notes, XP bottles, Enchant Erasers, Motes of the Ancients) are automatically consolidated, boss essence is combined — with full stacks forged straight into boss keys — and other stackable items are packed into full stacks across all your vaults.
• One editor at a time: a vault can only be open for editing by one person at once — if it's busy, try again in a moment.
• If you're using the Ancients mod, its vault terminal lets you shift-click items from your inventory straight into your vaults. Deposits only ever pull from your main inventory — armor and offhand items are never auto-deposited.

What Can't Go In

• Calcite items (Cavernheart gear) cannot be stored in personal vaults.
• Rented pickaxes aren't yours to stash — rental items can't be stored.
