Skipstone Wand Trim

The Skipstone Wand Trim is the only wand trim in the game — a rare adornment whose name gets passed between casters far more often than the trim itself is seen.

Since Map III it carries stats of its own, with no armour set required. A trimmed wand grants:

• 10% increased wand damage, which sums into the wand's own increased pool alongside Arcane Power and Surge
• 1% of wand damage Leeched as Life, feeding the shared Leech pool rather than healing you instantly

Wear the full Skipstone armour set as well and the trim's full-set ability, Ricochet, unlocks: a beam that strikes terrain gets a chance to bounce once to the nearest enemy in line of sight. It's PvE only, like everything else on a wand.

Both the trim item and the wand it's applied to now show a bonuses block, matching how pickaxe and weapon trims present theirs.

Where to get it: the tougher shades of Forgotten Polis — shade tiers 4 and up. It drops 2× more often than it used to, but it is still exactly 5× rarer than the Skipstone armour trim off the same shades, so expect to complete the armour set long before the wand turns up.
