Entering a Dungeon: Party & Ready-Up

Every Dungeon run starts the same way: you find the Keeper of Tartarus in the Dungeon Hub, pick a tier, and have your party ready up. This page covers the whole entry flow — parties, tier selection, fees, refunds, and the level gates.

The Keeper of Tartarus

Right-click the Keeper of Tartarus in the Dungeon Hub to open the tier-selection menu. Each unlocked tier shows the dungeon's boss name and the required player level to enter. Pick a tier to start a ready-up session for your party.

You — and everyone joining — must be in the Dungeon Hub world when the run starts.

Parties

Dungeons use the shared /party system (alias /p) — the same one used for world bosses. The basics:

  • Invite, accept, kick, promote, leave, or disband through /party.
  • Talk to your group with /pc (party chat).

Only the party leader can start a run. Non-leaders can't pull the party into a dungeon — and a solo player with no party can simply start one on their own. If you run with a gang, form a party first; gang membership alone doesn't put you in a run.

Ready-up & entry fees

Once a tier is selected, every party member gets a ready-up GUI with two choices:

  • READY (on the right) — deducts your entry fee and locks you in.
  • DECLINE (on the left) — cancels the whole session and refunds everyone.

Entry fees scale by tier and are paid in money:

Tier Entry fee Min level
T1 ~$10k 45
T2 ~$50k 65
T3 ~$200k 85
T4 ~$750k 100
T5 ~$3M 101
T6 ~$10M 102
T7 ~$30M 103

Fees are overridable in config, so treat these as the standard values rather than fixed law.

Starting the run

The session runs on a 60-second timeout:

  • If at least one player has readied, it auto-starts with whoever readied when the timer ends.
  • If nobody readied, it cancels and refunds.

Before the run begins, the server checks the minimum level of every readied member against the tier gate above. If anyone falls short, the whole run cancels with a full refund — no partial starts.

When the gate passes, everyone is teleported into the run and healed to full. You also enter the first room at full HP the moment the countdown hits GO. From there, see Inside a Run.

Version history

v2.0.0

  • Dungeon tiers now require a minimum player level to enter (T1 45 up to T7 103); the whole party is checked, and a shortfall cancels the run with a full refund.
  • The Keeper of Tartarus tier selection now shows each dungeon's boss name and required player level.
  • Only the party leader can start a dungeon run — other members can no longer pull the party in (solo players unaffected).
  • All players are healed to full when the dungeon countdown hits GO.
