Amplified Odds

Amplified Odds is a Proc Manipulation path perk for pickaxe prestige. It gives a flat increased bonus to every mining proc chance on that pickaxe.

How it works

Increased is additive. Amplified Odds does not multiply on top of your other proc bonuses — it drops into one shared pool with all of them, and the pool is applied once:

• Your path's passive proc bonus and the prestige Global Proc Chance base stat
• Armour trim increased-proc bonuses
• Midas window bonuses and Powder Keg bonuses

So a 20% Amplified Odds on top of 30% from other increased sources is 50% increased, not 1.20 x 1.30.

Only two mining multipliers stay outside the pool and multiply separately: the pickaxe's Lucky modifier and the phantom-mining multiplier.

What it does not touch

Amplified Odds scales proc chances. It does not scale rolls that sit on top of a proc rather than being one:

• Cataclysmic Shatter's +1 radius roll — volume is cubic in radius, so scaling it would roughly double Shatter output
• Heart of Gaia's drop and shard-to-contraband conversion, which are loot rolls

Notes

• Because it raises how often things proc naturally, it indirectly feeds Twinned and Second Chance, which both need a natural proc to hook onto.
• It does not affect procs that were force-fired by Twinned or Overcharge — those skip the chance roll entirely.
